Early March, the former offices of Lea Klein and Partner Immobilien in Freudenberg were transformed into a gallery. The artist TIZLU (Tiziano Lucchese) from Münster, exhibited some of his works and was available to chat with guests and answer their questions. Many visitors made their way to Freudenberg and as part of the exhibition, Titus Dittmann presented his first children’s book (‘My Skateboard and me’). Actor Sönke Möhring mingled with the audience and chatted with guests. Supporting skate-aid is a labor of love for him, just as it is for Lea Klein. Eddi & Belle, the local rock duo, perfectly rounded out the event with their songs. There was plenty of laughter and conversation, pictures changed hands, books were signed, and everyone had a wonderful time. A portion of the proceeds from the sold pictures went to skate-aid to support the kids in skatepark projects around the world. Titus’s reading also raised a nice sum in donations.
