After working with our local partner "Yuwa for Change" and its president Jagrit Pahadi for several years, we’re now very happy to take this collaboration one step further: Together we have launched "skate-aid Nepal" and realized our latest project under the motto "A skate park for the kids of Butwal". The skate park and the skateboard are the necessary tools to empower the kids in Nepal and to strengthen their intrinsic motivation through our pedagogically accompanied skateboard workshops. Among other things, they learn to get up again and again in a self-determined manner after falling and can thus develop into strong personalities. The park will also act as a "community center" with a positive environment and be a place where kids can feel comfortable and develop positively! The official opening took place on March 5, 2022. Among others, Titus Dittmann, Maik Giersch, Tobias Egelkamp, Jagrit Pahadi, Province Govenor Mr. Amik Serchan, Vice Mayor Mrs. Jageshowri Chaudaury Tillotama, Municipality Mayor Mr. Basudev Ghimire and Province Minister Mr. Lila Giri. were present.
