Here are a few impressions from the Arsal refugee camp in Lebanon. We have been supporting the kids from this project since last year with skateboard stuff and ramps and miniramp designs, working closely with Toby from the Green Helmets, who started the project. We empower kids!

To give you some context:
- I have never been to Africa
- I do not know anyone in Africa
- I have skated since I was 11 and never got tired of it

I’m a forty-year-old skateboarder and surgeon from Norway who is on sabbatical leave together with my family (wife and two children). On January 5, 2024, we arrived in Namibia for the first time. In our luggage we had 35 kg of skateboard equipment, donations from the Norwegian skateboard community to skate-aid in Windhoek.

Lexware skate-aid-night 2023: Burning hearts at the 17th edition of our charity gala. Around 250 invited guests, from not only all over Germany, answered the call to the Skaters Palace in Münster, including many celebrities and well-known "skate-aid friends".
